- Greet Guests and Create a Warm Atmosphere: Great guests and make them feel comfortable. Provide a friendly and welcoming environment that sets the tone for an enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain Menu Knowledge: Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests. Stay up-to-date on current offerings and any changes or updates.
- Take Orders and Deliver Food and Beverages: Take beverage and food orders from guests in a timely manner. Deliver beverages and food promptly, ensuring that guests receive their orders without delay.
- Provide Excellent Service: Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well. Anticipate guests' needs and respond accordingly, providing a personalized experience.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clear dirty dishes from tables. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Beverage Refills and Guest Checks: Refill beverages throughout the meal. Deliver guest's bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant, ensuring a smooth payment process.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work with other servers and be a team player. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
