ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Server Assistants/bussers must be able to efficiently remove dirty dishes, glassware and flatware from tables and countertops, and transport them to the designated area (dish room)
Stocks operating supplies, china, flatware, glassware, paper supplies, etc.
Reset tables with silverware, linen, glassware, and flatware in accordance with established restaurant table top specifications
Assist servers in their duties (ex: refills drinks, help servers delivering food and attend to all guests needs as required)
Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris from tables, chairs, floors, service stations, and restaurant in accordance with department procedures.
