Description
Responsible for the day to day operations of the Hotel Housekeeping Department. Ensures staffing needs, participates in meeting with the staff on a regular basis to inform them of important events, room needs and of company policies. Responsible for hiring, terming and counseling staff in housekeeping. Order supplies and monitors the purchasing system. Responsible for seeing all guests needs and complaints are addressed efficiently and timely.
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of college or equivalent work experience in the casino / hotel industry is required. Possesses excellent written, organizational and communication skills. Must have knowledge of computers and hotel applications. Ability to maintain a safe work environment and also adhere to OSHA regulations.
