Description
The Public Areas Department Heavy Duty Porter is responsible for the deep cleaning, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas including but not limited to the parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators.
Position Requirements
High School or GED Equivalent preferred. Knowledge of multiple machines and their functions. Knowledge of multiple pads or brushes needed for flooring types. Previous Heavy Duty or equivalent title of responsibility, 1 year preferred. Must possess excellent organization and communication skills. Must be 21 years of age or older.
