What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Area Supervisor position at Island View Casino Resort?
The Public Area (PAD) Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Public Area Department. Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation and property presentation of all Public Areas, parking facilities, back of the offices, halls and elevators. Assists PAD Manager and Assistant Manager with various tasks as assigned.

Assist in employee training, hiring, terminations, counseling, coaching and motivation. Assist in maintaining an accurate record keeping system for employees’ time cards
