We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas.
- Process payments accurately and provide change as needed.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as necessary.
Skills
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Familiarity with guest services principles to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experienced and knowledgeable with wine is preferred but not required.
