We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Island Vista Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of the resort's facilities and equipment, contributing to the overall guest experience in our luxurious environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including high voltage components and logic controllers.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments of equipment performance.
- Operate scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger repair projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage and logic controllers.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
