What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dock Hand - Marina position at Island Watersports?
Island Watersports and Carefree Boat Club of Ocean City are now hiring for the 2024 season.
Dock hands will be responsible for dropping boats in the water for usage. Helping members and renters load gear from their vehicles to the boats. Checking boats in and out for member and rental usage. Giving instruction briefs on how to operate boats to renters.
Position is available as both full-time, year-round as well as full-time, seasonal. Hourly pay based on experience. Year round will include additional duties such as on-water pick-up of service customer boats, shrink wrapping, spring prep, bottom paint etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
