Internet Sales Manager – Island Watersports
Location: 39084 Harpoon Road, Fenwick Island, DE 19944
Island Watersports is seeking a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team full-time. This role requires a strong sales background, proficiency in digital communication and sales strategies, and the ability to close deals both in-person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance online and in-person sales.
- Capture and upload photos and videos for social media and online sales platforms.
- Manage inbound leads through phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Effectively close deals both remotely and in person.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, some Excel) for communication and reporting.
- The ability to perform sea trials and demos of boats for sale and boats that are sold
Qualifications:
✅ 3 years of proven sales experience (required).
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Proficiency in digital tools and online sales platforms.
✅ Knowledge of marine technology, boat features, and options (preferred).
✅ Boating experience is a plus..
✅ Valid driver’s license preferred.
✅ Must be willing to relocate to Fenwick Island, DE before starting work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $55,000 - $100,000 per year (Base Uncapped Commission)
