Wellness Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wellness Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their wellness needs. Your expertise in health/wellness and sales will help guide customers in selecting the best options, ensuring a positive experience that keeps them coming back. A strong focus on sanitation and cleanliness is essential to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Your passion for holistic well-being will inspire clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their wellness inquiries.
• Educate clients on various wellness products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
• Perform consultations to assess individual client needs and recommend appropriate wellness solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking products as needed.
• Create and help manage social media accounts; posting on socials
• Promote upcoming events and sales to new and existing clients

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
• A genuine passion for promoting health and wellness in the community.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, particularly in a beauty or wellness setting.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems are beneficial.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve personal sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters client relationships.
• Certification in relevant areas such as wellness coaching, or yoga is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
