Job Title: Key Holder
Reports to: Store Manager
The Key Holder is responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
* Ensuring each customer is provided excellent Islanders-style customer service.
* Organizing store for easy and fun shopping.

General Summary:
This position is responsible for achieving customer service and sales goals and ensuring the store operates to uphold our company's mission. The Employee will come to work every day with a professional appearance and demeanor and must present themselves in a well groomed professional manner. Islanders Team members must be self motivated and willing to help in all areas of the business.
Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service
o Promote and monitor quality service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model.
o Create great customer service by making every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in stock.
o Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns.
Inventory
o Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention.
