Craft Brewer - Assistant Role Summary: We're seeking an experienced Craft Brewer - Assistant to join our team at Isle Brewers Guild. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of all production activities in the brewery, including milling, brewhouse operations, and quality assurance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in brewing on our state-of-the-art 100-barrel production brewery and our 7- and 10-barrel pilot systems
- Performing grain handling, brewhouse, laboratory, and other operations to process wort for timely release to cellar operations
- Collaborating with Brewing Supervisor and Associates to coordinate and prioritize all required production activities
Requirements:
- Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems
