Duties
- Answering the phone and greeting customers who visit the office
- Monthly billing
- Accounts Receivable
- Attention to Detail
- Basic Accounting Skills - or willingness to learn
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with computer software programs
- College Education and or Related Work Experience.
