Major Duties and Responsibilities :
Welcoming visitors and be courteous and efficient in handling customer inquiries.Must have a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator.Ability to multi-task and be organizesPerforms routine, recordkeepingAnswer telephones, take and relay messages, make appointments, answer limited questions, and sort / distribute mail.Transforms information from one record to another, such as writing patient identification taken from medical records on the outside of file envelopes of folders.Prepares lists of activities in the department, such as posting on a standardized form the names of patients admitted to center.Cross-indexes documents and records by following a prescribed coding system and copying information on fileSorts documents according to subject matter and arranges them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronologicalFiles materials : Looks up information or retrieves materials from files asMaintains files by making appropriate entries when materials are added orPerforms any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.BENEFITS
