Full time Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
Assists with the day to day operations of the Golf Course Maintenance Dept, reporting to the Director of Agronomy.
- Activates gate & greets visitors
- Answer phones, emails and sets appointments
- Send & retrieve mail / shipments form the clubhouse
- Assists in budget preparation
- Reports repairs to building maintenance
- Orders building supplies
- Prepares biweekly payroll for Director approval
- Creates monthly fertilizer & fuel usage reports
- Point of contact for vendors
- Codes invoices for accounting
Requirements
Bi-lingial a plus
Golf Course experience a
Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic Accounting Skills
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English & Spanish.
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable with Company auto insurance.
