Fitness and Spa Concierge Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Fitness and Spa Concierge to join our team at Isleworth Golf and Country Club. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring the highest standards in appearance, hospitality, professionalism, work ethic, and attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly and accurately complete all opening and closing duties, including setting up and taking down the member food and beverage bar.
- Clean fitness areas, including equipment, and maintain these spaces throughout the shift, restocking the member food and beverage bar as needed.
- Inspect facilities regularly and report any deficiencies or maintenance concerns to the Fitness Manager, submitting maintenance work orders as necessary.
- Answer phones and make appointments for the spa when required.
- Complete all charges from the day and ensure that the relevant paperwork is delivered to the accounting department.
- Attend staff meetings and perform other tasks assigned by the Fitness & Spa Manager.
Requirements:
- The ability to work weekends and holidays.
- A high degree of flexibility.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.
