Team Sales Associate

Position Summary:

Drive growth in a key strategic channel for ISlide by selling to team customers.

Essential Functions:

● Respond to customer inquiries and talk through the ISlide order process, including product offerings, pricing, turnaround times, custom art information, and much more.

● Explain the value proposition of ISlide vs competitors and other apparel products.

● Process orders, including submitting order documents, invoicing and communicating with external partners on payment status, and communicating partner expectations and order details to operations team, including timelines, prioritization, and incoming order volume.

● Obtain new accounts such as sport teams, brands, and retailers

● Assist in account partnership development with teams, brands, and stores to grow the ISlide customer base and generate sales

● Create digital mockups and virtual proofs of customer ideas

● Create, analyze, and present sales reports based on account and category performance

● Coordinate with sales team to execute new initiatives

● Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

● Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

● Microsoft office experience, especially including excel

● Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude

● Ability to use good judgement and keep client information confidential

● Deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management
