Equipment Manager

Job Summary
The Equipment Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management and maintenance of equipment within our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is operational, well-maintained, and meets safety standards. The Equipment Manager will also be involved in supervising staff, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of equipment management, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly.
• Supervise and train staff on equipment usage, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
• Manage inventory levels of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support wireless and retail sales initiatives related to equipment.
• Handle payroll processing for team members under supervision.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize team performance.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales management, particularly in retail or wireless sales environments.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques to identify suitable candidates for the team.
• Excellent mathematical skills for managing budgets and inventory calculations.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain detailed records and schedules.
• Experience in payroll processing and understanding of related regulations.
• Ability to manage shifts efficiently while ensuring high levels of productivity among team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
