We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented, dedicated marketing professional to further amplify our extraordinary Digital Campaigns team as a Campaign Operations Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal processes and workflows within ISMG’s marketing technology stack, as well conducting both regular and ad-hoc analysis of ISMG’s clients’ digital marketing programs to drive optimal campaign outcomes for ISMG’s clients.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented, dedicated marketing professional to further amplify our extraordinary Digital Campaigns team as a Campaign Operations Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal processes and workflows within ISMG’s marketing technology stack, as well conducting both regular and ad-hoc analysis of ISMG’s clients’ digital marketing programs to drive optimal campaign outcomes for ISMG’s clients.
Responsibilities
- Data Management with daily data entry and tracking, aligned with ISMG process procedure.
- Maintaining marketing automation workflows and contributing to process/project management.
- Learning and developing expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, and other digital tactics to manage back-end operations of client campaigns.
- Interpreting contracts and client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure accurate implementation and high quality delivery within standard systems/processes.
- Managing communication between client-facing teams and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitoring campaign progress and providing regular updates on lead metrics.
- Creating and Managing internal and client ad (banner) campaigns, including delivering insights and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field(s).
- 2-3 years of digital marketing campaign operations experience, involving data management, and workflow process management.
- Experience with MarTech platforms and the digital media ecosystem, including email automation and digital marketing administration.
- Previous experience with technology or information security marketing is a plus!
- Exceptionally organized, extremely detail-oriented, highly analytical, and strategic.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team, interfacing with co-workers and supporting department objectives, and independently when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Located in our Princeton, NJ headquarters with in-office presence required M-F.
- Exact compensation varies based on experience level and location.
