The Opportunity
We are seeking a Community Growth Manager to develop & execute membership growth strategies for CyberEdBoard. In this role, you will lead a variety of strategic efforts to identify & recruit new members, targeting & engaging with c-suite cybersecurity executives & senior-level practitioners across the globe, in order to achieve designated growth & revenue targets.
As Community Growth Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization as you contribute to the development of marketing, content, & outreach strategies to attract new members while fostering viable relationships with existing members to help identify opportunities to maximize sustainability & engagement for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Developing a high level understanding of CyberEdBoard's value offerings & a strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with target members.
- Targeting & engaging with cybersecurity leaders to identify & qualify new member prospects.
- Conducting a variety of cold & warm outreach tactics to set discovery appointments such as email, LinkedIn messaging, networking, attending professional industry events, etc.
- Executing business development / member acquisition activities such as market research & prospecting, generating & nurturing leads, leading discovery sessions, managing contract negotiations & procurement processes, & ensuring the timely processing of membership applications.
- Collaborating in the development of strategic initiatives to attract members, including marketing & content strategies to reach target audiences.
- Achieving agreed upon KPIs & performance outcomes within schedule in alignment with designated membership growth targets.
- Establishing, developing, & maintaining positive business relationships with members.
