The Opportunity
ISMG is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Senior Accounting Administrator to assist in managing the organization's financial processes in both accounts payable and receivable!
In this role, you'll work closely with executive leadership in a fast-pace, hyper-growth environment with ample opportunity for professional development and growth. The Accounting Administrator would be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Our ideal team member will have a strong Finance or Accounting background, be familiar with bookkeeping and managing invoices, and possess strong attention to detail. Ultimately, to be a top-notch Accounting Administrator, you should be able to process a high volume of finance-related data swiftly and accurately to meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the organization's receivable and accounts payable and ensuring they are managed to strict deadlines.
- Managing accounting obligations with clients and third-party vendors.
- Processing payments and other transactions and contacting clients and vendors with reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Reconciling financial statements by identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Preparing and sending invoices for new transactions and ensuring accuracy.
- Keeping detailed records of all payments, receipts, and invoices.
- Preparing and submitting tax documentation to the proper legal institutions.
- Recording and assessing financial information for the internal use of business managers
- Updating all internal databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
- Collaborating with other finance departments to ensure a company remains profitable
- Providing status reports on accounts payable and receivable to executive leadership.
Requirements
In lieu of a degree, 10 years of relevant experience may suffice.
