Job Description:
We are actively seeking a skilled IT Desktop Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team at one of our client locations in Utah, Ohio, or North Carolina. This is a Day 1 onsite role, and candidates must be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist users with login, application access, and security issues.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with remote teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in IT Desktop Support/Engineer roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Experience with imaging, patch management, and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently on Day 1 onsite.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
