Max Rate: $65/hr

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the success of our products. This is an onsite role from day one, with the flexibility to work either in New York, NY, or Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience leading product development from conception to launch, especially in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Utilize data, user research, and market analysis to inform product strategy and develop product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders across the organization to contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
• Balance creative vision with technical feasibility, pushing the boundaries of our software capabilities.
• Drive product delivery through scrums, proactively escalating risks as they arise.
• Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to track and deliver on key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and product features based on user feedback.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead product ideation, create inputs for wireframing, and refine product concepts.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the successful rollout of the product.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-12 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with design, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in performing product demos and eliciting user feedback.
• Strong familiarity with Agile processes, including writing high-quality acceptance criteria and eliciting requirements.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to drive high performance and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed targets.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a product’s entire lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Technical background.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in building financial products.
• Experience in the loans/lending space.
