Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Utilize data, user research, and market analysis to inform product strategy and develop product roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders across the organization to contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
- Balance creative vision with technical feasibility, pushing the boundaries of our software capabilities.
- Drive product delivery through scrums, proactively escalating risks as they arise.
- Partner with Technology and Business stakeholders to track and deliver on key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and product features based on user feedback.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead product ideation, create inputs for wireframing, and refine product concepts.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the successful rollout of the product.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-12 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with design, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in performing product demos and eliciting user feedback.
- Strong familiarity with Agile processes, including writing high-quality acceptance criteria and eliciting requirements.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to drive high performance and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed targets.
- Experience managing a product’s entire lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Technical background.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in building financial products.
- Experience in the loans/lending space.
