The Position: The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As a member of ISN’s Product team, you will be exposed to managing tickets, using SQL to identify root causes of issues and troubleshoot as needed.

Who should apply?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET a plus)
- Basic knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, indexes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Handle service requests from internal and external users in an efficient and timely manner
- Create queries on large data sets
- Reverse engineer existing SQL code, data flow and logic
- Import and export data on Production databases
- Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of system behavior
- Analyze query performance and identify improvement areas
- Be able to work with development, QA, business teams and at times directly with customers
- Strive to provide the best service to all customers in every situation
- Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
- In-office attendance up to two times per week for the first 90 days of employment.
- After 90 days completion, you will have an option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly (team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
