Senior Actuary - Excess and Reinsurance

• Join an expanding property team to help lead industry-wide product sets.
• Provide technical expertise, insights and present latest research to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training for clients for usage of current products.
• Help develop new connective products and solutions using evolving technologies.
• Collaborate across various teams including casualty and communicate with clients.
• Recent ACAS or FCAS or other insurance industry credentials.
• 5-15 years of experience in reinsurance, broking, consulting or primary markets.
• Experience in property pricing and / or underwriting, with casualty experience or experience in reserving or working with underwriters and product managers a plus.
• International experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree with major in mathematics, actuarial science, economics, computer science, or related quantitative field.
• Technical background should include strong Microsoft Office skills, with Microsoft Excel familiarity preferred.
• Technical background should include strong programming ability with Tableau, SQL, VBA, and Python a plus.
• Good oral, written communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work on several projects concurrently.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work under time constraints and adjust plans in the face of changing priorities.
