Duties and Responsibilities:

          Duties include but are not limited to:

Packing dried egg in bulk bags.

Operate and monitor the Automated Packaging System.

Inspects the bags for correct labels and lot/bag numbers.

Operate and monitor the compactor.

Dry blend powder and pellet rework product.

Pulls samples and perform lab analysis for ash and moisture content.

Identified wet finished product and checks for off color and bad odors in all finished products.

Makes sure the weights in the bags are correct.

Responsible for cleaning the Packing Room, CEM room, tearing down and cleaning then reassembling the sifters and augers.

Must clean the bucket elevator, automated packaging system, compactors and hoppers.

Change dryer bags, scraping dryer walls during bag changes.

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
