Duties will include record keeping, forklift operation, material handling, weighting, air pump operation, mix tank operation, tanker truck loading and unloading, communicating with co-workers, cleaning, labeling, and organizing. Cleanliness of facility is kept up above industry standards providing a safe and neat working environment. All employees share housekeeping responsibilities.
Required skills include : organizing, reading, writing, basic math, and most importantly : a teamwork mindset. HS Diploma or GED required. Forklfit experience is preferred. Willingness to learn forklift operation is a must; the skill can be taught on the job. Cross training on other operator positions is likely. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 55 pounds at once.
