Overview: Responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front desk operations. Responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of packing details for the packing/ box shop. Other responsibilities include compiling data for ERP system entry. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
Position Relationships: Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Key Internal Relationships: All departments Direct Reports: N/A Pay: $15/hr.
Key Tasks:
· Microsoft Excel and Word documentation creation, editing, etc.
· Greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front desk operations.
· Data Entry.
· Creation and Maintenance of Crate (Packing) tickets for packing/box shop departments.
· Compiling data for ERP system entry.
· Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, sales personnel, etc.
· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
· Keep work area clean and neat.
· Follow all safety practices and procedures.
