Job Title: Resin Pumper (NIGHT SHIFT ONLY)
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Inventory Control Supervisor / Shift Supervisor
Back Up: Supervisor / PLT / or Lead will help maintain pumps (if pumping requirementsneeded) to prevent running out of material to the manufacturing facility. *Communication with Inventory Control will determine if pumping is needed during absence of pumper.
SUMMARY
Pumpers are responsible for unloading raw materials from storage container ‘railcar’ to storage container ‘silo’ (by use of outside pump stations) and/or from storage container silo to boxes (by use of inside pump stations) to maintain supply of material to the manufacturing facility. Also responsible for housekeeping on outside tracks, pumping stations, pump rooms and all silos. When the pumping schedule is light, we will work indoors and help the inventory control supervisor organize box materials and do housekeeping on racks when needed to prepare for the annual SQF audit.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Forklift experience is preferred but will train on the job.

(If assistance is needed, a leader will help or find an employee to help move hose from railcar to railcar or spur.)
