Job Description:

Look for a Senior Python developer with strong coding experience with Architectural experience and willing to take an Architect role and need to do 60% coding on Python.

Should have RCM, HL7, FHIR, EDI, EHR or EMR.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead technical consultant/Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in Python software design and architecture, coupled with a strong background in tackling technical challenges and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust backend solutions using Python, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Design and implement software systems that address both technical and RCM-specific challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Azure backend systems and optimize SQL Server databases for high performance.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Work closely with the UI/UX team to support front-end development with tools like Selenium and JavaScript.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving best practices in coding, testing, and software delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to incorporate modern approaches into system architecture and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python design and architecture.

• Proven expertise in building and managing systems on Azure cloud platforms.

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management.

• Proficiency in UI technologies such as Selenium and JavaScript.

• Strong knowledge of Python automation frameworks and techniques.

• Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and related technical solutions is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of designing scalable, high-performance systems.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience guiding and mentoring technical teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in healthcare IT or similar industries.

• Knowledge of integration standards like HL7 or FHIR.

• Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
