iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Regional Solution Sales Engineer to join our West Coast Team! Remote Opportunity for Candidates Located on the West Coast Only! Are you passionate about technology? As a Regional Solution Sales Engineer, you will have direct ownership of existing retail clients and will be responsible for generating new client engagements, expanding existing business, and building business relationships with procurement leaders, budget owners, and decision makers. You will partner closely with our internal Engineering, Delivery, and Practice to drive strategic growth initiatives for iSoftStone. Summary : We’re seeking someone with a high degree of curiosity and learning agility, excellent strategic account planning and project organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively across technical engineering teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities :
- Create and manage the account growth strategy for our global retail client organizations.
- Lead technical conversations with business stakeholders to highlight and evangelize iSoftStone’s service offerings and capabilities.
- Provide consultation, guidance, and innovative solutions to client stakeholders with the support of our internal engineering teams.
- Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets.
- Lead and oversee realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities.
- Partner with delivery leads to understand their business and strategy, and thereby elevate the ability of iSoftStone to better position ourselves for growth.
- Provide client-facing communication that represents the quality of our delivery - i.e. Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, capabilities and services, etc.
- Manage opportunity and account information timely and accurately within CRM.
- Assessing competitors and monitoring current market trends.
Qualifications :
Primary Location Pay Range : $120,000 - $160,000 base plus commission.
