What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute the design, testing, and integration of engine/turbine control systems for marine and land applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and supporting field service teams.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and optimize engine, generator, vessel, and switchgear control systems.
- Prepare work scopes and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Travel up to 25% for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and client support.
Required Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 3 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of hands-on work in power generation, marine propulsion, industrial automation, or related industries.
- Valid US Driver’s License & Passport – ready for domestic and international travel.
- Work Hours: Full-Time
- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience Field Service Bonus Performance based Bonus
