isolved Talent Acquisition is calling all customer service rock stars in to apply to join our business development team as a full-time Inbound Business Development Team Lead. THE DAY-TO-DAY FOR AN INBOUND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD
As an Inbound Business Development Team Lead, you are our prospective clients' first point of contact. Your outgoing, friendly personality and customer service skills allow you to make a positive first impression. As you handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails driven by our marketing team, ads, and our website forms, we rely on you to determine their hiring needs and set the appointment with the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ONSITE INBOUND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD
- At least 2 years of sales experience or Inbound/Outbound experience
- SaaS or HCM experience
- Be located in Charlotte, NC
