You must be able to read and understand equipment manuals, blueprints, etc., and have the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety are also essential requirements.

They will also be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment, as well as training and developing production and maintenance associates.
