The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality and safety management, including experience in spray drying of egg liquid, preferably with cooking and drying poultry and other meat. Previous supervisory experience is essential, with a proven track record of accomplishment through others. You must be able to read and understand equipment manuals, blueprints, etc., and have the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety are also essential requirements.
