The ideal candidate will have experience in spray drying of egg liquid, preferably with cooking and drying poultry and other meat. Previous supervisory experience is essential, with a proven track record of accomplishment through others. You must be able to read and understand equipment manuals, blueprints, etc., and have the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety are also essential requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production and maintenance operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out within established policies, procedures, and work rules. They will also be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment, as well as training and developing production and maintenance associates. Additionally, they will ensure that all preventative maintenance programs are up to date and maintained.
