JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Location: Washington D.C. (Waldorf / PAX River area preferred)
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting critical defense programs? ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful execution of key program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline Program Operations:
Manage program schedules and milestones using tools like MS Project (a plus).
Track and manage program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly program reports, including CDRL submissions.
Maintain an accurate record of action items and ensure timely completion.
Facilitate Effective Communication:
Coordinate and facilitate program meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, action item tracking, and minute documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program licensing management.
Ensure Program Success:
Contribute to the overall success of the program by providing proactive support, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing solutions to ensure program objectives are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Organizational & Multi-tasking Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products.
Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to identify and proactively address potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MS Project
Located in the Waldorf/Pax River area
Required Qualifications:
5 years of relative experience
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, or similar discipline.
IAT Level II Certification
