The Brand Marketing Lead will be responsible for overseeing marketing and media strategy and execution, including digital marketing, social media, print media, event marketing, and brand development. This role requires a strong leader who can manage both internal teams and external agencies or creators, while maintaining the agility to adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will be an expert in content creation, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of driving marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and connect with our target audience.
\n- Event Marketing and Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events, to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Social Media Marketing: Lead and execute social media strategies, including content creation, management, and community engagement.
- Content Production: Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including graphics and videos as well as print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Brand Development: Lead the evolution and strengthening of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Digital Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, web traffic, and email campaigns. Use data to optimize campaigns and drive informed decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams including sales, business development, customer discovery, product, engineering, and executive leadership.
- Adapting to Changing Priorities: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, learning new skills and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong experience in social media marketing, web marketing, and digital marketing tools.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Event planning and management experience, including trade shows and conferences.
- Experience in managing freelancers and contractors, ensuring project completion within deadlines and budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance using software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and engage with senior leadership.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong editing and creative direction skills.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, AEO, and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with software applications like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva.
- Relationships with freelancers and contractors who provide services such as photography, editing, graphic design, print design, content writing, and videography.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Knowledge of aerospace and space resources technology and industry trends.
- Experience in B2B deep tech marketing.
