Outbound Appointment Setter
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients with the primary goal of scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 20 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to qualify leads.
- Schedule at least 4 appointments per week for the sales team.
- Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily call and appointment-setting targets.
