Asset Manager

iSphere is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to join our team hybrid in downtown Houston, Texas. This long-term opportunity is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility while ensuring effective collaboration with the team.Key Responsibilities : - Inventory and manage the company's assets, primarily focusing on technology assets, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and more.- Assess the condition of assets, determining which items are new, refurbished, under warranty, or expired.- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all assets using ServiceNow.- Generate and present comprehensive reports to C-level executives, highlighting asset status, inventory levels, and renewal timelines.- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and other analytical tools to analyze asset data effectively.- Ensure accurate and organized asset tracking and reporting systems are in place to facilitate efficient decision-making.- Collaborate with IT and other departments to align asset management with organizational goals.

• Qualifications :
• Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a technology environment.- Proficiency in ServiceNow and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create and interpret pivot tables.- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including C-level executives.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.- Experience in a similar role is a plus.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for asset management and a knack for technology, we would love to hear from you!
