Reporting to the Director of Administration, you will be instrumental in crafting business solution recommendations and ensuring the seamless integration of technical knowledge with business/systems requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, and system documentation.
- Lead teams to facilitate and document data analysis, ensuring effective user training throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to produce tangible results across varied client environments.
- Design frameworks to tackle client challenges, identifying issues and developing problem-solving strategies.
- Partner with technical leads to facilitate systems development and understand the entire development process from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications using process flows, diagrams, and use cases.
- Analyze data trends, define KPIs, and work with technical teams to develop insightful reports using tools like Tableau and Cognos.
- Develop and execute test plans, assisting with system and user acceptance testing using tools such as JIRA or Client ALM.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, presenting ideas and outcomes to senior business leaders.
- Mentor junior staff and build consensus and trust among team members to meet client goals.
