About the Role:
iSphere is seeking a Hypercare Analyst in the Houston area for a 12 month opportunity to support our client's Transformation Program. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable professional who excels in working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and providing hands-on tactical execution. The ideal candidate will be based in the Houston area and available to work on a hybrid basis from our Sugar Land office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for the transformation program, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with frontline team members and leadership to identify and address challenges.
- Navigate ambiguity and evolving project priorities, ensuring a clear path forward.
- Synthesize key issues and insights from multiple workstreams into a compelling storyline for leadership updates.
- Deliver effective report-outs, status updates, process documentation, and communication materials (slides, timelines, written reports, etc.).
- Engage with a highly distributed workforce, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Take a customer-centric approach, proactively addressing team concerns and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with project management, change management, IT, training, continuous improvement, and communications teams.
- Execute tactical responsibilities in a hands-on capacity, beyond strategy and consulting.
- Work with and analyze data to support decision-making; SmartSheet dashboard/reporting experience is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in transformation programs, operational support, or hypercare environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
