About the World Zionist Congress voter Manager role :
The World Zionist Congress (WZC) Voter Coordinatoris responsible for leading and overseeing voter engagement efforts for the WZC elections. This role requires strategic planning, community outreach, and mobilization to maximize voter participation. The Voter Manager will supervise a team, coordinate partnerships, and implement high-impact campaigns to ensure broad community involvement in the election process. The IAC (WZC) Voter Coordinator reports to the IAC New York Regional Director.
Duties include and are not limited to :
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive voter engagement strategy for the WZC elections.
- Set goals and track progress to maximize voter registration and turnout.
- Analyze voter trends and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of voter coordinators and volunteers.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the success of grassroots outreach efforts.
- Monitor team performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet voter engagement targets.
- Community Engagement & Outreach
- Build relationships with key community leaders, organizations, synagogues, and advocacy groups to promote voter participation.
- Organize and lead outreach initiatives, including events, town halls, and informational sessions.
- Act as a spokesperson and representative for WZC voter engagement efforts.
- Marketing & Communications
- Oversee the development of digital and print marketing materials, social media campaigns, and email outreach.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to craft effective messaging.
- Utilize data analytics to measure engagement and optimize outreach efforts.
