4 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field is preferred.Experience within the Pharma Manufacturing sector is a plus.Strong supervisory background desirable, combined with excellent customer service skills.Proficient in relevant computer software, particularly Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).Outstanding time management skills; ability to organize and work autonomously; bilingual abilities are an advantage.Key Accountabilities
Ensure adherence to contract agreements.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the account using available concept tools.Drive innovation within the account, including participation in Corporate Garage activities.Oversee project management ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of prioritized initiatives.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and facilitate project support.Network with Account Excellence Managers to share best practices consistently.Conduct regular internal audits ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction through exemplary service delivery.Physical Demands & Work Environment
