About the Position
This position is responsible for delivering on contract promises, identifying and leveraging opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account, and deploying own resources in relevant Corporate Garage activities.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and roll-out project support and engage in a wide network of Account Excellence Managers to ensure steady flow of best practice sharing.
Conducts periodic internal review to ensure compliance procedures are followed and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence.
