Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in hard and soft facilities management services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities across sectors such as corporate, healthcare, retail, education, and government.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Lead bid and tender processes, ensuring proposals are competitive and aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored solutions to address client facility management challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance targets and KPIs.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching, training, and motivation.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure profitability by negotiating contracts, pricing models, and service agreements effectively.
- Proven track record (8 years) in sales leadership within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
- Strong network and industry connections within the FM, real estate, property management, and corporate sectors.
- Expertise in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and key account management.
- Experience in handling complex sales cycles, bids, and tenders for large-scale contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases and assess profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience in outsourced facilities services, including hard FM (maintenance, engineering) and soft FM (cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, etc.).
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance regulations within the FM sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to travel

Salary : $137,000 - $169,000
