Accounting Analyst

The Financial Analyst role will support the accounting & finance team with accounting and operational expertise to assist ISS in achieving its growth, profitability, and quality objectives. Able to command credibility and be able to influence. PC literate – understanding of how to use technology as a tool Key Accountabilities Supports Corporate Controller with all aspects of month end close and reviews Balance sheet account reconciliations Prepares journal entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts Assist in the Accounting Fixed Assets process in ensuring timely processing of additions, disposals, depreciation, recons, and any analysis needed. Prepare various financial reports provided to management, review data with operators and answer research questions regarding those reports Assist with annual external audit. Complete requested materials. Assist in preparing assigned schedules for the annual and interim audit. Protects organization’s values by keeping information confidential Physical Demands & Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time

Salary : $58,000 - $71,000
