Facility Manager
Job Overview: The Facility Manager ensures the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the organization’s facility. This includes overseeing maintenance, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and utilizing key software tools to optimize operations. The role also involves engaging with Account Excellence Managers to share best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance & Operations: Manage the maintenance and repair of all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Ensure routine and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors. Monitor performance and resolve issues directly.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement emergency procedures and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, and capital projects. Implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Promote energy-saving initiatives and monitor energy consumption to reduce environmental impact.
- Security & Access Control: Ensure security measures are in place, including building access systems and surveillance.
- Team Supervision: Lead facilities staff, coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and provide training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership experience with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Facility Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or similar.
- Experience in project or construction management.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Occasional after-hours work may be required for emergencies or urgent tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The annual salary range for this position is $120000 per year-$130000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
