Americas MAC/Projects Commercial Analyst
Job Purpose:
Cost Management:
- Prepare and consolidate costs for all tasks and projects undertaken.
- Ensure costs align with client and customer approvals before submission.
Pricing and Budgeting:
- Develop accurate project pricing based on scope and client requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed forecasts and budgets for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Regularly track and report budget performance, identifying and addressing variances.
Vendor Coordination:
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor performance to confirm work is delivered per agreed-upon quotes, timelines, and rates.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors after receiving client approvals.
Invoice Management:
- Collect, review, and reconcile all invoices to ensure final costs are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to facilitate timely payments to vendors.
Client Value Delivery:
- Identify and deliver best-value solutions for the client.
Project Activity Management:
- Submit costs for all Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) and project activities for client and customer approval.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with delivery managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications / Experience
- Ideally the job holder should be experienced in financial costing, strategy planning, vendor management, and building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project etc. Knowledge of Webcore systems and processes are essential.
Key Results Areas
Operational
- Attend and actively participate in all required meetings.
- Serve as the primary delivery stream leader for client-administered inquiries.
- Receive and process desk-raise project costings; submit approved costings to Client Admin.
- Meet with client requestors as needed to define project scope and relay relevant information to delivery streams.
- Gather and consolidate subcontractor costs (e.g., movers, IT, carpenters, power, and data) and store them in the client's designated folder.
- Upload all vendor quotes to the workflow system in a timely manner.
- Develop ISS proposals, calculate markups and fees, and submit cost proposals for client approval.
- Act as the client liaison for queries following cost submissions and attend meetings as required.
- Produce and issue works programs for client use when needed.
- Collaborate with delivery streams to address and resolve issues following cost submissions.
- Obtain client project approval and promptly notify the Client Administrator.
- Update the workflow system to reflect completed work and ensure final accounting is accurate and up-to-date.
Client Relationships
- Maintain regular contact with the client representatives to review and resolve operational matters
- Respond rapidly to short term operational issues
- Provide regular updates and management information as required
Health and Safety / Environment
- Bring to the team’s attention any safety issue related to the move
- Conduct day to day operations with due regard to environmental standards, legislation and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure that the highest quality standards are applied in all areas of day-to-day activity in order to satisfy and maintain ISS Integrated Solutions defined standards and the requirements of external quality verification.

The annual salary range for this position is $77000 per year - $95000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
