Position Description and Overview:
- Professionally represent ISSA, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our product.
- Re-engage leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales reps for next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine our lead generation process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting - cold calling, email marketing campaigns, social outreach, etc.
- Book meetings for discovery calls.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product value propositions.
- Achieve quota on number of qualified opportunities per month and Revenue goals.
- Develops and cultivates sales leads to strengthen outbound activity as it relates to meeting the goals of our supported clients.
- Works with other team members to develop a pipeline that reinforces lead generation and revenue goals within a metrics-driven environment.
- Educates, influences, and articulates the optimal sales solution to our valued clients as a means of moving the sale forward.
- Identifies key decision makers, build and maintain relationships, and build trust with stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery calls, schedule appointments, and prepare detailed call summaries for sales representatives.
- Overcomes sales objections in a tasteful manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A growth mindset. A desire to learn and be better every day.
- Impeccable work ethic to make 150 high quality calls per day.
- Good phone skills.
- Previous sales or phone experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
